Use internally for motion sickness, morning sickness, indigestion, colic, abdominal chills, colds, coughs, and peripheral circulation problems. Externally for spasmodic pain, rheumatism, lumbago, menstrual cramps, and sprains. (Not for patients with inflammatory skin complaints, ulcers of digestive tract, or high fevers.)
